There's something to be said about a Wes Anderson movie. Maybe it's the perfect blending of serious and comedy he uses. Or the killer cast that never changes. Or those quirks he adds, like the entire soundtrack being a guy singing David Bowie songs in Portuguese on an acoustic guitar in The Life Aquatic, or the way Royal Tenenbaums was presented like a novel. I love it. I never get sick of watching his movies over and over. Especially Tenenbaums.
We got the dog named Chocolate. To me he looks Asian, but that's just me. I think we're renaming it Baxter ("What! Go on, you know I don't speak Spanish"). Or Brick. From what I can see so far, he has OCD and humps blankets. He tries to sleep with me in my bed which is adorable but not when it is 5 in the fucking morning and you feel something sniffing your face and curse it off in three languages to see which he understands. He's still a great dog and he follows you everywhere, so intent on learning something, it's cute. And he's actually quiet.
Cause I hate the ocean, theme parks and airplanes,
Talking with strangers, waiting in line..
I'm through with these pills that make me sit still.
'Are you feeling fine?'
Yes, I feel just fine.
Yes, that's right, I actually like a Motion City Soundtrack song. Or two, even! Must be the apocalypse.
